1. Ownership and use of website content

The Edge Realm website, including its text, graphics, logos, white papers, presentations, video, audio, code, and the selection, arrangement, and design of any of the foregoing, is owned by Edge Realm or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and print individual pages of the website for your own non-commercial, internal evaluation use, provided you keep all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices intact. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, redistribute, sell, license, or create derivative works from the website without our prior written permission.

White papers, the Smart Money presentation, the Seed Round investor deck, the Sovereignty Score report, and any other downloadable PDF delivered through our website are licensed to the requesting individual for internal evaluation purposes only. You may share an unaltered copy inside your own organization. You may not post it on a public website, distribute it on a public forum, or sell it.

2. Trademarks

ERVault, the Edge Realm name and logo, the Sovereignty Score, the Sovereignty Blueprint, and other Edge Realm marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of Edge Realm Inc. You may not use any Edge Realm mark without our prior written permission. All other product names, company names, and logos mentioned on the website are the property of their respective owners.

EDGE REALM'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY UNDER THESE WEBSITE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Website Terms or your use of the website will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fort Bend County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
