Privacy Policy

Edge Realm Inc. ("Edge Realm", "we", "us", "our") is a Texas corporation that builds the ERVault sovereign compute platform and related services. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website, request a white paper, sign in to a portal, sign an agreement, or otherwise interact with Edge Realm, how we use that information, who we share it with, and what choices you have.

This policy is written in plain English on purpose. If anything is unclear, email legal@edgerealm.ai and we will explain it.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Information you give us

When you complete a form on our website, register for a portal, or sign an agreement, you give us information such as:

• Your name, title, employer, work email, and phone number
• The organization you represent and its state of incorporation, address, and city, when you sign an agreement on behalf of one
• The content of any message, white paper request, or survey response you submit
• Login credentials for the partner or investor portal (password is stored only as a one-way cryptographic hash, never in plain text)
• Signed copies of any agreements you electronically execute, plus the audit metadata required by the federal ESIGN Act and Texas UETA (timestamp, IP address, user agent, and a cryptographic hash of the exact text you saw)

1.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit our website we collect a small amount of technical information automatically:

• Your IP address and the approximate region it suggests
• Your browser type, operating system, and screen size
• The pages you view and the actions you take, used to count submissions and detect abuse
• Session cookies that keep you logged in to the portals after authentication

We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers or sell behavioral profiles to anyone.

1.3 Information from third parties

If a partner organization, an investor referrer, or a public data source provides us with your contact information in connection with a business opportunity, we may add that information to our records.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Deliver white papers, presentations, and other content you request
• Authenticate you and operate the partner and investor portals
• Generate, transmit, and store signed copies of any agreements you execute electronically
• Communicate with you about your inquiries, applications, deals, partner relationship, or signed agreements
• Improve the website, detect and prevent abuse, and protect Edge Realm and the people who use our services
• Comply with our legal obligations, including tax, anti-fraud, export control, sanctions screening, and contract recordkeeping

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use any information you give us to train a foundation model that anyone else will use.

3. Who we share information with

We share your information only with parties we depend on to run Edge Realm, and only to the extent each party needs the information to perform its function:

• Microsoft Corporation processes our transactional email through the Microsoft Graph API. Your email address and the content of our messages to you transit through Microsoft 365.
• Anthropic, PBC processes the image of any business card you scan through our mobile field tool. The card image and the extracted text are sent to Anthropic to be parsed into structured contact fields. Anthropic does not train on this data.
• DigitalOcean LLC hosts the server that runs Edge Realm services and stores our database.
• GoDaddy registers our domain names and operates our authoritative DNS.
• Let's Encrypt issues the TLS certificates that secure our website.
• Professional advisors, accountants, auditors, and legal counsel who help us run the business, under their own confidentiality obligations.
• A successor entity in connection with a sale, merger, financing, or change of control of Edge Realm Inc., subject to this Policy.
• Law enforcement, courts, regulators, or other parties when required by law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Edge Realm, our customers, or the public.

4. International data transfers

Edge Realm is incorporated in Texas. Our servers and most of our service providers are located in the United States. If you submit information from outside the United States you consent to its transfer to, and storage in, the United States.

5. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as we have a legitimate business reason to keep it. Signed agreements and the audit metadata that accompanies them are retained for the term of the agreement plus any applicable statute of limitations. Lead and contact records are retained while we have a reasonable expectation of continued business interest, and we periodically prune records that have gone dormant.

6. Your rights

You have the right to ask us:

• What personal information we hold about you
• To correct information that is wrong
• To delete information when we no longer have a legitimate need to keep it
• To stop sending you marketing communications (every marketing email also contains an unsubscribe link)
• To provide a copy of your information in a portable format

To exercise any of these rights, email legal@edgerealm.ai from the email address on file. We will respond within thirty days. If you live in a jurisdiction with stronger data-protection rights, we will honor those rights.

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including TLS encryption for data in transit, hashed storage of passwords, restricted server access, audit logging, automated dependency vulnerability scanning, and rate limiting on public forms. No system is perfectly secure. If you believe an account or document of yours has been compromised, contact us immediately at legal@edgerealm.ai.

8. Children

Edge Realm services are for businesses and the people who work for them. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of sixteen. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Cookies

We use a small number of session and security cookies. Session cookies expire when you close your browser or sign out. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals because there is no industry consensus on what that signal means.

10. Changes to this policy

We may revise this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the website. Your continued use of Edge Realm services after a change indicates your acceptance of the revised Policy.
